Added confetti effect to pickups

Made some audio changes including:

• New pickup sound effect
• New menu button sound effect
• Win and lose endings for the music

Fixed an audio bug where the rolling sound would continue even if the ball was in the air

Removed the in-browser version, which was inferior in quality. (Just download it.)
